Daniela Stucchi, naturopath and foot reflexologist, passionate about culinary arts and in particular on the use of spices, its cuisine is literally full of spices of all kinds and of all backgrounds. When traveling starts with the empty suitcase "Why must leave room for spices!". It is also aspiring sommeliers and honorary fellow of good wine, which recognizes and perceives the scents and flavors.
Passionate Roman and medieval history: "But not the official one is studying in school" but the story about using foods and drinks. "It includes many aspects of the story knowing the tastes of the various historical periods."
The passion for spices and for history led her to search for the original documents of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, the medieval spiced wine and recreate the recipe to relive the history of that period through taste.
