Daniela Stucchi, naturopath and foot reflexologist, passionate about culinary arts and in particular on the use of spices, its cuisine is literally full of spices of all kinds and of all backgrounds. It is also aspiring sommeliers and honorary fellow of good wine, which recognizes and perceives the scents and flavors.

The passion for spices and for history led her to search for the original documents of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, the medieval spiced wine and recreate the recipe to relive the history of that period through taste.
